Provide the following information,

  1. Issue is happening only on login or whenever you start Latte?
  2. Have you tried to increase the delay for screen changes reaction? (Latte Settings -> Preferences -> React to screen changes)
  3. What are your screen resolutions and settings? A screenshot from Plasma SystemSettings -> Display and Monitor -> Displays would help a lot
  4. How have you set your dock screen settings? onPrimary? explicit on specific screen?
  5. Close Latte and run it from the terminal with the following command:
latte-dock -d --with-window
