Is it possible to run Konqueror shortcuts from here, as in "gg:some search terms" or "https://www.somesecureserver.org/" ?
- It is indeed. Try them - both work. I'll add that to the tutorial. I wonder how many other goodies you can discover? --annew 17:55, 26 September 2008 (UTC)

The status of the down arrow icon seems unclear. It is not present in the most recent release of plasma (see fx Neon User Edition). It is probably best not to mention features that most users can't use. When the arrow gets included in a regular release we can treat it properly.
Agree. Same here in Plasma 17.12.2. No arrow down so far.
it took very, very long time until the arrow came back, because I was the one complaining and pointing out the degradation of usability of KDE due to "trimming" / "streamlining" of that "bloatware?" arrow.
debian package gRun There is some criticism about KRunner, where users opine that the older versions were better (or faster) than the new ones. Some people do not like seeing the visible buttons disappearing in favour of hard-to-memorize hotkeys. They think that "hidden functionality" is a bad thing in a GUI. Hence some people run gRun instead, offering what one expects from it.
I don't know what to say to this. gRun is gtk software, so not remotely related to KDE. It doesn't seem to fit very well to our content. Could we have a discussion about this on the talk page before deciding to add anything?
I added some ancho points to this page and inadvertently added a couple of spaces to the < /translate> ... < translate> pair of one of them. This naturally results in a new translation unit being created (Unit 33). I corrected my typo, but could not find any code defining unit 33. It does appear in the translation system, though. Will it disappear automatically, now that the code has been corrected?
