URL est le chemin vers un fichier contenant le contenu initial que les nouveaux fichiers de ce type auront. Ces fichiers avec le contenu initial sont habituellement situés dans le dossier caché .source du dossier templates, donc utilisez un chemin relatif qui commence par .source/, tel que .source/custom-entry.txt.
