Message definition (KMail/Backup Options)

Or the context menu launched with a right mouse button, then select <menuchoice> Archive Folder.... </menuchoice>
This will open a dialog that allows you to create a single archive of the currently selected folder.
The archive file name will consist of the prefix Archive_, the path of the selected folder in '''KMail's''' folder list, the date in format year-month-day and the selected file extension e.g. <tt>Archive_Local Folder_inbox_2013-09-03.tar.bz2</tt>.

O al menú contextual llançat fent clic amb el botó dret del ratolí, després seleccioneu . Això obrirà un diàleg que permet crear un sol arxiu de la carpeta seleccionada. El nom del fitxer d'arxiu estarà format pel prefix Arxiu_, el camí de la carpeta seleccionada a la llista de carpetes del KMail, la data en el format any-mes-dia i l'extensió de fitxer seleccionada, p. ex. Arxiu_Carpetes_locals_entrada_2013-09-03.tar.bz2.
