Message definition (Quick Start)

Tout nouveau contenu doit être en anglais. La raison est que le système de traduction permet aux changements des pages en anglais d'être transmis à la traduction. Il n'est pas possible d'opérer dans le sens inverse, changer une page traduite et passer les changements vers la page anglaises.
