KMail is part of a default KDE install on openSUSE.

If you want to install it,

• Go to software.opensuse.org/package/kmail for one-click installs.

• Or go to YaST2 software management module and install it from there.

• Alternatively, you may open Konsole. Type as root: zypper in kmail
