Message definition (Digikam/Tour)

The final step in my photo processing work-flow is to sharpen the image. I am used to using the <menuchoice>Unsharp mask</menuchoice> method for this purpose, but in reading '''digiKam’s''' documentation I was surprised to learn that they actually recommend the <menuchoice>Refocus</menuchoice> method as a way to obtain better results. This is how the Sharpen tool looks, found under <menuchoice>Enhance -> Sharpen</menuchoice>.

Det sidste skridt i min arbejdsgang er at skærpe billedet. Jeg er vant til at bruge metoden uskarphedsmaske til dette formål, men da jeg læste digiKams dokumentation blev jeg overrasket over at se, at de faktisk anbefaler metoden omfokuserings for at opnå de bedste resultater.
