Message definition (System Settings/Search Desktop)

In the <menuchoice>Desktop Query</menuchoice> tab, you can configure which folders you want '''Strigi''' to index. Click on the <menuchoice>Customize index folders...</menuchoice> in the right side of the window. This brings up a dialog. In the left part of this dialog, you will find a tree view of your file system. Here you can check those folders you want indexed. In the right half is a list of patterns; files matching any of these patterns are not indexed.

I fanebladet Skrivebordssøgning kan du indstille, hvilke mapper du vil have Strigi til at indeksere. Klik på linket Tilpas indeksmapper... til højre i vinduet. Dette får en dialog til at dukke op. Til venstre i denne finder du en trævisning af dit filsystem. Her kan du markere de mapper, som du vil have indekserede. I den højre del af dialogen er der en liste med filmønstre; filer, som matcher et af disse mønstre bliver ikke indekseret.
