Message definition (Kaffeine-TV)

Having checked that you have a recognised tuner card and a source to scan for channels, move to the channels dialog (<menuchoice>DVB -> Channels</menuchoice> in the main Kaffeine Menu). Here there is a prominent (red) <menuchoice>Start Scan</menuchoice> button. Pressing this, causes the tuner card to scan for channels, which are then listed in the right hand area of the dialog (labelled "Found"). Both TV and Radio Stations should be picked up in the scan. After this the simplest way to proceed is to press successively the <menuchoice>Select All</menuchoice> and <menuchoice>Add Selected</menuchoice> buttons which will move all the channels found into the left hand area of the dialog (labelled "Channels").

Després d'haver comprovat que teniu una targeta sintonitzadora reconeguda i una font per escanejar els canals, aneu al diàleg de canals (DVB -> Canals al menú principal de Kaffeine). Aquí hi ha un botó prominent (en vermell) Inicia l'exploració. Quan el premeu, fareu que la targeta sintonitzadora escanegi els canals, els quals seran llistats a l'àrea de mà dreta del diàleg (anomenada «Trobat»). Seran recollides tant les estacions de ràdio com de televisió. Després d'això la forma més senzilla de procedir és prémer successivament els botons Selecciona-ho tot i Afegeix els seleccionats que mouran tots els canals trobats a l'àrea esquerra del diàleg (anomenada «Canals»).
