'''Klipper''' is KDE’s ''Clipboard manager'' – whenever you copy something, via right click and select <menuchoice>Copy</menuchoice> or <keycap>Ctrl+C</keycap>, it gets added to your clipboard. '''Klipper''' allows you to navigate through it – so that you can paste something you copied a while back, or set up custom things to paste, or even set it to automatically perform an action on the paste. The most common use is to automatically open a link in a browser if you copy a link from somewhere.

Klipper és el Gestor del porta-retalls del KDE: quan es copia alguna cosa, a través de botó dret del ratolí i se selecciona Copia o amb la drecera de teclat Ctrl+C, aquesta selecció s'afegirà al porta-retalls. Klipper permet navegar a través seu, de manera que pugueu enganxar alguna cosa que heu copiat anteriorment, o crear coses personalitzades per enganxar, o fins i tot configurar-lo per realitzar automàticament una acció sobre el contingut a enganxar. L'ús més comú és obrir automàticament un enllaç en el navegador si el copieu d'algun lloc.
