Message definition (Desktop Effects Performance)

The ''Blur Effect'' is one of the most expensive effects provided by the Compositor. By default it gets enabled for all hardware except Intel hardware. The performance impact of the blur effect depends on the number of open and translucent windows. Especially translucent widget styles (e.g. Oxygen Translucent) and translucent window decorations (e.g. Aurorae Themes) have an impact on the performance. If such a theme is used and the performance is bad it is recommended to either change the theme or disable the Blur effect.

L'efecte de difuminat és un dels efectes més cars proporcionat pel compositor. Per omissió, està habilitat per a tots els ordinadors excepte el maquinari d'Intel. L'impacte en el rendiment de l'efecte de difuminat depèn del nombre de finestres obertes i transparents. Especialment estils d'estris transparents (per exemple, Oxygen) i les decoracions transparents de la finestra (per exemple, Aurorae) tenen un impacte en el rendiment. Si s'utilitza aquest tema i el rendiment és dolent, es recomana o bé canviar-lo o deshabilitar l'efecte de difuminat.
