Message definition (KMail/FAQs Hints and Tips)

The initial import might be slow and could use a lot of memory, especially in case you have folders with a large amount of mail. In that case per-folder check is preferred. In case the check (complete or for one folder) is finished and the memory usage is still high, you could restart the Akonadi server - as seen above - or just the maildir agent, if you use <code>akonadiconsole</code>. Don't worry, this high memory usage is ''only'' for initial import.

La importació inicial pot ser lenta i podria utilitzar una gran quantitat de memòria, especialment en cas de tenir carpetes amb una gran quantitat de correu. En aquest cas el comprovar-ho per carpeta és el preferit. En el cas que la comprovació (completa o per carpeta) finalitzi i l'ús de la memòria segueixi sent alt, podeu reiniciar el servidor Akonadi -com hem vist- o simplement l'agent maildir, si utilitzeu akonadiconsole. No us capfiqueu, aquest ús alt de memòria sols és per a la importació inicial.
