This is an effect in the Misc category.
This is the [1] filter from Janne Liljeblad.
It adds RGB noise to image and takes one parameter noise in the range 0 to 1 which controls the amount of noise added.
This effect appears to have arrived with version 0.9.5 of Kdenlive
