Quite few people use cryptography in their private communication. This has been the case for decades and not even Edward Snowden's disclosures about NSA and GCHQ have been able to change this. This is not a problem of information availability but a problem of user interest and social pressure.

Molt poques persones utilitzen la criptografia en la seva comunicació privada. Aquest ha estat el cas des de fa dècades i ni tan sols les revelacions de l'Edward Snowden sobre la NSA i GCHQ han estat capaces de canviar aquesta situació. Aquest no és un problema de disponibilitat de la informació, sinó un problema d'interès de l'usuari i de pressió social.
