'''How-to:''' Start Muon Discover. Select Sources, Configure Software Sources in the window. Enter your administrative password at the prompt. Left-click the 'Other Software' tab. Left-click the 'Add...' button. Enter the repository address into the text box. The proper format is required, and looks similar to this: <code>deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/backports/ubuntu raring main</code> Left-click the 'OK' button to add the repository. Left-click the 'Close' button. A prompt will appear to update the package list. Muon will now be allowed to find the newly available software.

Com fer-ho: Inicieu el Descobridor Muon. Seleccioneu «Fonts -> Configura les fonts de programari» a la finestra. Introduïu la contrasenya d'administrador en l'indicador. Feu clic esquerre a la pestanya «Altre programari». Feu clic esquerre al botó «Afegeix...». Introduïu l'adreça del repositori al quadre de text. És necessari emprar el format correcte, i té un aspecte similar a aquest: deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/backports/ubuntu raring main Feu clic al botó «Bé» per afegir el repositori. Feu clic al botó «Tanca». Apareixerà un missatge emergent mentre s'actualitza la llista de paquets. Ara el Muon us permetrà trobar el nou programari disponible.
