To remedy this, it might help to abort the current action and re-start it. First, quit '''KMail''' by using [[Special:myLanguage/KRunner|KRunner]] (<keycap>Alt + F2</keycap>) or [[Special:myLanguage/Konsole|Konsole]] and typing: <code>kquitapp kmail</code>. Note that a normal <keycap>Alt + F4</keycap> or <menuchoice>File -> Quit</menuchoice> does ''not'' do the trick! Wait a minute, then start '''KMail''' again. Go to the <menuchoice>Mail Dispatcher Agent</menuchoice>, do a right-click and abort the current action. You will most likely get some error messages popping up. Pour y remédier à cela, il peut être utile d'abandonner l'action en cours et de la redémarrer. D'abord, quittez KMail en utilisant KRunner (Alt + F2) ou Konsole en entrant : kquitapp kmail. Notez que Alt + F4 ou Fichier -> Quitter normalement n'aura pas d'action ! Attendez une minute, ensuire redémarrez KMail . Maintenant démarrez akonadiconsole en utilisant KRunner (Alt + F2) ou Konsole. Allez à l'Agent de distribution du courriel, cliquez-droit et abortez l'action courante.
