Further, the main toolbar offers only limited customization - <menuchoice>orientation</menuchoice> (locked at the top of the window, by default), <menuchoice>icon size</menuchoice> (medium, by default) and <menuchoice>icon labels</menuchoice> (not shown, by default). This helps keep the '''rekonq''' UI simple and puts the focus on the webpage on display.

Inoltre la barra degli strumenti principale offre solo limitate possibilità di personalizzazione: orientamento (bloccata nella parte alta della finestra, in modo predefinito), dimensione delle icone (media, in modo predefinito) ed etichette delle icone (non mostrate, in modo predefinito). Questo aiuta a tenere semplice l'interfaccia di rekonq e pone l'accento sulla pagina web mostrata.
