Understanding KEXI Projects and Databases
Many programs, like LibreOffice Calc or Microsoft Excel, save their work in files that people usually call documents. KEXI also saves work in files, but it can connect to database servers to store both the design and the data outside of the user's computer. These servers can be accessed through a network. Because of this, the terms KEXI projects or KEXI databases are used instead of just database files or documents.
