Message definition (System Settings/Printers)

* Choose the manufacturer (Mine is HP)
* Choose the model (HP has many)
* Choose the recommended Driver unless you have a reason to do otherwise.
* Give the printer a useful name since "printer" may not be good enough.
* Give a description including the physical location if not in your own room.
* The "Location" defaults to your computer's name in case you decide to share it later. Sharing is one of the options of the printer configuration tool.

Scelgo il produttore (il mio è HP).
Scelgo il modello (HP ne ha molti).
Scelgo il driver raccomandato a meno che tu abbia una ragione per fare altrimenti.
Do un nome utile alla stampante dato che "stampante" potrebbe non essere abbastanza significativo.
Aggiungo una descrizione che includa la posizione fisica se non è nella stessa stanza.
La "posizione" è, in modo predefinito, relativa al nome del tuo computer in caso tu decida poi di condividere la stampante. La condivisione è una delle possibilità offerte da questo strumento.
