I reverted your moving of the page Plasma/Create a Look and Feel Package because the translations had not been moved with it and were therefore effective lost. There is a way to accomplish what you want; unfortunately I can't remember how it's done atm - I need to to a bit of research. I shall return shortly with a solution (I hope).
