The Edit Menu

The Edit Menu contains commands for standard editing tasks, such as cutting, copying, pasting text and images, undoing or redoing changes, and finding.

The commands offered are:

Undo
Reverts the last performed command.
Redo
Reapplies the last command that was undone.
Cut
Removes the selected content from the active object and places it on the clipboard.
Copy
Copies the selected content from the active object to the clipboard without removing it.
Copy Special
Copies the selected content from the active object with additional options.
Paste
Inserts the content from the clipboard into the active object.
Paste Special
Inserts content from the clipboard into the active object with additional options.
Find/ReplaceFind
Searches for specific text or data within the active object.
Find/ReplaceFind Next
Highlights the next occurrence of the search term within the active object.
Find/ReplaceFind Previous
Highlights the previous occurrence of the search term within the active object.
Delete
Removes the selected content within the active object.
