KAlarm 是一個個人提醒，命令和電郵計劃程式。

你可以設置「提醒信息」在設定的時間在屏幕上彈出（如果需要也可以加聲音）或者你能計劃安排命令執行或郵件發送。

設置「提醒」時，你可以：

有關提醒信息，選擇是輸入的你自己的文本消息，或顯示命令的輸出文本，或顯示一個文本文件或圖片文件內容。
設置「提醒」重現規則為每小時/每分鐘，每天，每星期，每月或每年的基礎上，或設置它在每次你登錄時觸發。你也可以在重現下面製定一個子重現。「提醒」可以被強制只在工作時間執行，或排除節假日。
指定在「主提醒時間」前預先顯示一個提示。
選擇顯示警告信息的顏色和字體。
指定在信息顯示的時候播放一個響鈴或一個聲音文件，或指定用語音讀出信息。
如果「提醒」無法在計劃時間時觸發，可事先選擇是否應該取消該「提醒」。「提醒」只能在你登錄並運行在一個圖形環境下才能觸發。如果你選擇就算他逾期也不取消「提醒」的話，他會在你最後登錄的時候觸發。
