Activer l'accessibilité

Démarrer le lecteur d'écran Orca

Quand orca est installé correctement, Plasma offre deux manières de le démarrer.

Raccourcis

Plasma offre par défaut un raccourci pour lancer le lecteur d'écran. Après s'être connecté, appuyez sur Meta+Alt+S pour allumer ou éteindre le lecteur d'écran.

Démarrage automatique

To autostart orca after login:

1. Go to System Settings
2. Go to Section "Accessibility"
3. Go to Tab "Screenreader"
4. Check "Screenreader enabled" checkbox

Activation des aides visuelles

Les effets de bureau de Plasma contiennent plusieurs caractéristiques axées sur l'accessibilité, notamment le zoom plein écran, l'inversion des couleurs et l'aide à la localisation du pointeur de la souris.

Settings for these features can be found under Workspace Behavior -> Desktop Effects -> Accessibility.

Full-Screen Magnification

Meta++ and Meta+- zooms in and out, respectively.

Le facteur d'échelle et le suivi du pointeur de la souris peuvent être réglés dans les paramètres du système. Pour une fenêtre de zoom de taille fixe, utilisez l'effet "Loupe" plutôt que l'effet "Zoom".

Inverting Colors

• Meta+Ctrl+I inverts colors for the entire screen.
• Meta+Ctrl+U inverts colors for the current window.

Navigation au clavier

Accessing the application launcher

• Alt+F1 or Meta opens the K-Menu Application launcher just fine.
• Alt+Space opens krunner. you can just type ahead to search for applications, documents and other stuff. Navigate with Arrow UP and Arrow Down in the search list and activate an entry with Return

Accessing the Panels

• Meta+Alt+P toggles between the panels. you can navigate the panel by Arrow Keys and activate an entry with space or Return

Window Management

• Alt+Tab toggle between windows
• Alt+F4 close current window

Bureaux virtuels

• Ctrl+F[number] switches to a virtual desktop. Use for example Ctrl+F2 to access the second virtual desktop.
• Meta+D shows the desktop

Lock Screen

The lock screen is accessible.

• Ctrl-Alt-L or Meta+L locks the screen

• Use Tab to navigate the lock screen when active. There is one text edit for the password (type your password and press Enter to unlock).

• There are some additional buttons for shutdown and reboot.

• The username is a list that can be navigated with the left and right arrow keys to switch between users and start new sessions.
