This is a great way to quickly add hundreds or thousands of tracks to a playlist instantly! I am not sure what is meant by populate: are the matched items added to the current playlist, do they replace the items previously in the current playlist or is a new playlist created? On first start of the dynamic playlist it is "populated", eg. a new playlist is created and added to the playlist pane, usually appended to the existing files if there already are some.
