Problem with links to subsections

There is a problem with the link to the FAQ: It can not be properly translated, see Talk:Translation_Workflow#Problem_with_links_to_subsections_250.

Besides it may give rise to problems with translation to some languages when a link that is part of a sentence is put in its own translation unit. See the discussion in Talk:Translation_Workflow#Markup_Styles_124. (Personally I prefer to have entire paragraphs kept together in a single translation unit. It makes for better translations.)

I have taken the liberty to change the link - better do it now, before it affects too many translations. I have left the link in its own unit, though, in order not to affect existing translations too much.

Thank you, Claus, of course it is OK to have changed it. I will be more careful in the future :)

We might see that problem again later: currently, the QuickStartGuide is a standalone section, but it should ultimately be part of the Manual. I try to figure what would be the best solution.
