这个程序是给不懂如何找他们 Linux 系统信息和不清楚日志（log）文件位置的初级用户开发的。
KSystemLog 有下列特性 :
- 显示你系统所有的日志，按常规（默认系统日志、认证日志、内容日志、X.org日志...），和可选服务（Apache、Cups...）分组显示
- 根据严重性给日志行绘色
- 标签视图允许同时显示多个日志
- 自动显示新的日志
- 快速解析及读取（每 5 秒读取 10000+ 行）
- 浏览日志的细节
- 快速过滤
- 能够手动发送日志消息给系统。
- 理所当然的支持保存，复制到剪贴板和打印。
- 它能解析以下日志文件：X.org、内核、认证、Acpid、Cups、Postfix、Apache、Samba、守护进程、Cron 和 XSessions
