Treballar amb MyKolab

Kolab.org és una solució per a treball en grup (Groupware) de programari lliure estretament relacionada amb el KDE. Aquesta pàgina descriu com configurar un compte de MyKolab amb Kontact, però també funciona amb qualsevol altre servidor Kolab.

Configurar un compte de Kolab

Per afegir un nou compte al Kontact', si us plau, obriu l'Auxiliar de comptes i seleccioneu Servidor de Groupware Kolab com el tipus de compte. Completeu les Preferències personals mentre assegureu que Adreça del servidor està establerta a imap.mykolab.com i la versió de Kolab a v3.

Configurar IMAP

Si heu seguit les instruccions anteriors utilitzant l'Assistent de comptes, el vostre compte IMAP ja hauria d'estar configurat correctament. No obstant, podeu comprovar la configuració en base a les captures de pantalla de a sota. Per fer-ho, aneu a «Arranjament» a la barra de menú i escolliu Configura Kontact. Després, aneu a KMail i Comptes.

Please make sure that the IMAP Server is imap.mykolab.com and that it uses port 143 with STARTTLS encryption. Please also use your full and primary MyKolab.com address such as [email protected] as a username.

Configurar SMTP

Unfortunately, the SMTP settings need to be corrected after account setup. In order to do so, please go to Settings in the menu bar and choose Configure Kontact. Then go to KMail -> Accounts and then click on the Sending tab. The server should be smtp.mykolab.com with port 587 and TLS encryption. Please use your full and primary MyKolab.com address such as [email protected] as a username and also see the screenshots below.
