Hvordan sætter jeg rekonq til at være min standardbrowser?

Gå til Systemindstillinger -> Standardprogrammer og klik på Web Browser for at sætte din standardbrowser. Vælg at åbne http og https URL'er i rekonq ved at skrive

Hvordan indlæser jeg flash efter behov?

Klik på knappen Værktøjer og vælg Indstil rekonq. I dialogen vælger du WebKit -> Plugin-indstillinger -> Indlæs plugins manuelt. Klik så på OK.

Hvordan får jeg rekonq til at opføre sig som chrome/chromium?

Ved at bruge KWins funktion til faneblade kan vi få rekonq til at emulere chromiums opførsel ved at åbne nye vinduer i stedet for faneblade i det samme vindue. Dette lader dog ikke rekonqs enkelte vinduer gå ned uafhængigt af hinanden - alle rekonqs vinduer går ned som én proces. Det efterligner blot chromes udseende og giver dig individuelle kontroller for hver webside, som du indlæser.

Klik på knappen Værktøjer og vælg Indstil rekonq. Klik på Faneblade og slå alle tilvalg fra for at deaktivere håndtering af faneblede i rekonq. Nu vil rekonq altid åbne nye vinduer i stedet for faneblade.

Nu vil vi opsætte KWin til automatisk at samle alle rekonqs vinduer i faneblade. Gå til Systemindstillinger -> Vinduesopførsel. Gå til Vinduesopførsel -> Avanceret og vælg Gruppér ensartede vinduer automatisk under Vinduer i faneblade. Klik så på Anvend.

Nu vil reqkonq som standard åbne vinduer, som automatisk vil blive samlet i faneblade.

Hvordan aktiverer jeg Adblock?

Adblocking should already be enabled for you using the Easylist adblock subscription. You can further configure it by clicking on the configuration menu button and opening the Configure rekonq dialog. Click on AdBlocK Filters. Here, you can add custom filters using wildcard strings (e.g. http://www.site.com/ads/*) or regular expressions within forward slashes (e.g. //(ads|dclk)\./).

Clicking Apply activates your adblock filters instantly.
